This holiday home sits in one of the most tranquil areas of the Costa de la Luz, near Zahara de los Atunes and facing the beach of Los Alemanes. Besides, during the sunny days, you can even spot the African coast. This 170-sq-mt villa features the comforts that you’ll need to make the most of your holidays.

The house is divided into two parts, separated by a spacious covered porch. On one side, there is one independent bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite with bathtub. This bedroom is provided with views of the ocean and the garden.

The other side of the porch leads into the main building of the house, which features two floors. On the ground floor, there is a cosy dining-living room with windows overlooking the garden, a fully equipped independent kitchen, and a toilet. The first floor welcomes two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds; these two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. Besides, one bedroom is also provided with a private terrace, from which you will rejoice in the splendid ocean views under a magic starry sky.

The 2,000-sq-mt plot welcomes a perfectly maintained garden where a private pool stands out. Lay on the sunbeds and get a good dose of vitamin D, or cool off in the pool while you overlook the ocean that extends before your eyes. In the backyard, a stone table and benches let you rejoice in delicious meals, which you will have cooked in the brick BBQ provided.

If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
