Its secluded location on a hilltop ensures both staggering panoramic views and privacy for all the guests of the house. To top it all, the facilities and comforts provided will make you fall in love with the villa and never want to leave it.

This two-storey country house’s 227 square metres feature a rustic decoration, characterised by sloping wooden ceilings on the first floor, as well as wooden furniture throughout the house that helps convey the rural atmosphere you’d want to enjoy while in such a splendid setting.

The first floor of the villa welcomes two gorgeous bedrooms and the splendid master bedroom. The latter is provided with an elegant double bed (1.35 x 1.80 metres), a built-in wardrobe, a comfortable armchair, an en-suite with Jacuzzi and private access to a fantastic terrace that looks out onto the surrounding hills and the lake of Zahara – El Gastor. On the same floor, you will find another bedroom with one double bed with the same size as the one in the master bedroom, and a third bedroom provided with four single beds (0.90 x 1.80 metres). A spacious bathroom with shower completes the first floor's facilities.

On the ground floor, you will be provided with two more bedrooms with one double bed each (1.35 x 1.80 metres) and rustic furniture, as well as another bathroom with shower. A cosy atmosphere permeates the whole living area, which is divided into a homey dining-living room with a picturesque fireplace in the corner and TV with plasma display panel and Canal+ channels, and a fully-equipped open kitchen. The longest wall of the living room features wide windows that open onto the splendid, 5,000 sq-mt outdoor area.

The gorgeous covered porch features an outdoor dining area, where you will enjoy your meals with a splendid view: the perfectly-maintained lawn leads your sight over the fence and onto the fantastic lake of Zahara – El Gastor and the nearby hills and mountains of Cadiz province. On the left side of the porch, you will find a lovely pool area. The private pool, surrounded by comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, features a luxurious Roman End that makes it possible for all the family members to walk in the pool and gradually get accustomed to the temperature of the water. Near the pool area, there’s a covered BBQ, whereas, on the right side of the villa, you will find a private parking lot.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 1.4 km-long unpaved lane.
