The villa was built on two rocks that have been integrated into the architecture of the house, which helped this building be declared "Cultural Heritage of Architecture of the 20th century". The 220-sq-mt villa lies beachfront, thus ensuring spectacular ocean views, which you can rejoice from the windows of the first floor and the lovely private pool.

The main entrance of the villa is located on an upper level than the palm-tree garden with cactuses and the gate. You will access to the indoor via an outdoor staircase and, before the door, a nice patio welcomes a chill-out area. From the front porch, you can either reach the upper-level pool area and the ground floor of the villa.

The entrance hall features a staircase leading to the first floor, and a hallway that opens to the rooms of the ground floor. Here, you will find two bedrooms with two twin beds each, and one bedroom with a double bed. These three bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, and all of them are equipped with ceiling fans.

The light-filled first floor is divided into two wings, separated by the staircase. On the right, you will find the cosy living area, provided with a comfortable sofa, rugs, a flat-screen TV and warm/cool air-con. The living area receives light from the full windows overlooking the ocean on one side, and from the window door that opens onto the coquettish patio; in it, an area for "al fresco" dining and a grill let you and your family make the most of the weather of the Costa de la Luz. The living room provides access to the villa's master bedroom, equipped with a double bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite with shower. Besides, this bathroom can also be accessed by the living room.

The left wing of the first floor is divided into a dining room with warm/cool air-con, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. The open-concept ends with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach of Zahara de los Atunes, where an outdoor dining area is located. From here, a staircase leads down to the gorgeous pool area.

The rocks that surround the pool area are the same that characterise the whole villa. While swimming in the pool, you will make the most of the spectacular panoramic views of the beach, the Trafalgar Lighthouse and the town of Zahara de los Atunes.

The access to the house is fully paved.

The price includes a 3-hour cleaning service, three times a week. If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
