This property sits on a small hilltop facing the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean and the beach of Los Alemanes. Its 2,200 square metres welcome a 610-sq-mt classy villa, which was built by internationally famous architects as a homage to Le Corbusier. Its clean design, the white metal railings, and the several terraces recall a boat surrounded by the waters of the Ocean.

The unbeatable ocean views are backed by the transparency and the contact with nature that you will experience in this villa. The living space is rethought to provide cohesion between indoor and outdoor, through the patios and the terraces that surround the villa and lead you to the perfectly maintained garden. Besides, the privacy provided here lets you make the most of your holidays in full tranquillity and peace.

The two floors of the house are immaculate, characterised by light-filled rooms with modern furniture and a clean-line design. Once you enter the villa, you will be welcomed by a cosy entrance hall, which provides access to an independent toilet and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a useful kitchen island and a window door opening to the garden.

On the right side of the hall, you will find a hallway leading to the master bedroom (to get to which you will pass in front of the stairs that take to the basement). This bedroom is provided with a comfortable double bed, a gorgeous en-suite with a whirlpool bathtub, a private patio with lush vegetation, and access to a precious seafront terrace where the swimming pool is also located.

Another bedroom lies on the ground floor, and it’s reachable from the left side of the hall. This is equipped with two twin beds, an en-suite with shower and access to the garden.

Lastly, from the entrance hall, you have access to the magnificent double height dining-living room, where comfortable sofas, a spectacular fireplace and access to the gorgeous pool deck will make you want to spend all your holidays here. From the living room, a few steps lead you to a hallway where three more bedrooms are located. Two of them relies on two twin beds to let the guests relax and enjoy long nights of sleep, and they share a bathroom with shower. The third bedroom is provided with a double bed and an en-suite with bathtub. These three bedrooms all have access to the garden.

Upstairs, you will find the sixth bedroom of the house, equipped with a double bed, an en-suite with shower and two wash basins, as well as access to a fabulous terrace with sun loungers and impressive ocean views.

The spacious basement with a leisure room completes the indoor of the villa. Here, you will find a soccer table and a ping-pong table, as well as a lounge area overlooking the garden and the ocean on the horizon.

The villa is provided with central heating and warm/cool air-con in all bedrooms.

The fabulous outdoor area’s most impressive part is the wooden pool deck, where you will find a shadowed space for “al fresco” dining, a relaxing chill-out area, and poolside sun loungers where you can sunbathe as much as you want. The icing on the cake is the private pool that seems to mingle with the Atlantic Ocean that extends before your eyes. A staircase leads from here to the extensive private garden, where you are provided even with a Balinese bed.

A 3-hour cleaning service is included in the price, every other day. If the client requires extra cleaning, it will cost €15/hour for a minimum of three hours.
