This charming, Andalusian-style holiday home lies in the countryside west of Conil de la Frontera, less than 3 km from the gorgeous beaches and the shores of the Atlantic Ocean. The two-floor indoor area is as cosy as you could imagine, with wooden furniture and high ceilings; besides, thanks to the warm/cool air-con throughout the villa, you can spend your holidays here regardless of the season. As soon as you enter the main door, you will find a double height dining-living room, which is equipped with a magnificent brick fireplace and comfortable sofas where taking siestas is mandatory. The fully-equipped independent kitchen is provided with all the kitchen tools you will need to prepare yourself and your family the most delicious dishes. The ground floor of the villa also features two bedrooms with two twin beds each and one bathroom with bathtub. From the living room, you can access the mezzanine, where a small living room welcomes an extra single bed. The mezzanine also features a bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom with a shower.

The private plot of 400 square metres is fully fenced and will welcome several moments of fun shared in the family. You can enjoy your meals in the porch, sunbathe on the poolside sun loungers, and take a dip in the oval-shaped private pool. Also, the brick BBQ lets you unleash your inner chef, and the private parking is ideal for keeping your car safe.

The access to the villa is fully paved.
