The 1,000-sq-mt, fenced plot welcomes a one-storey villa that can accommodate up to seven people. In the dining-living room, the whole family will gather and enjoy some free time together. Besides, the fireplace provides a comfortable atmosphere, which you will rejoice in case you rent this villa in autumn. In the fully equipped independent kitchen, you can cook the most delicious specialities to surprise the family.

The villa relies on four bedrooms, where all the family members can regain their strenghts during deep-sleep nights. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, another bedroom features two twin beds, and in the third bedroom, you will find one single bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a single bed, too. There are two bathrooms with bathtub at the guests' disposal in the villa, which is heated via underfloor heating. The bedrooms and the living room are also provided with warm/cool air-con.

A well-maintained garden surrounds the whole house. In the middle of it, a private swimming pool lets you refresh when the temperatures rise. And, of course, the wooden pergola with the outdoor dining area, which helps you relax and enjoy the fresh breeze coming from the nearby Ocean.

A BBQ and a covered parking lot are also available in the outdoor area of the house, as well as a splendid rooftop terrace from which you will enjoy some splendid ocean views.

Pets are allowed in the villa upon request, at an extra cost of €10/night.

The access to the villa is possible via a paved lane.
