The 80-sq-mt indoor area is characterised by a wooden-beam ceiling and stone walls, as well as timbered walls that separate the bedrooms from the living area, as they close an otherwise open-space concept.

The two bedrooms can welcome up to four people; in fact, one bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There’s one bathroom with shower at the guests’ disposal. The fireplace carved into the living room’s wall provides warmth to all the rooms, whereas the air-conditioning cools down the whole accommodation in summer. The open-space living area also welcomes a fully equipped galley corner and a dining area.

The 400-sq-mt plot is completely fenced, thus ensuring the privacy your family needs to enjoy your holidays at best. The well-maintained garden welcomes an oval-shaped private pool, and in the front yard, you’ll find a quaint timbered porch, where a stone outdoor dining area is located. Here, you’ll delight yourself with mouth-watering specialities cooked on the nearby stone barbeque. The villa is provided with a covered parking lot.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.
