This fully-equipped, 100-sq-mt stone house lies near the beach of Conil de la Frontera, in a 600-sq-mt fenced property that ensures complete privacy and quietness to the six people that’ll spend their holidays here.

The charming indoor features gorgeous stone walls and timbered ceilings, thus providing an authentic rustic atmosphere to the whole villa. The open-space concept of the living area welcomes a stone fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a completely equipped galley corner. The three bedrooms are provided with the same stone walls and ceiling as the rest of the accommodation. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each; therefore, up to six people can relax and enjoy their holidays here. There’s one bathroom with shower and a toilet at the guests’ disposal. Heating is provided throughout the villa by radiators.

The fantastic outdoor area features a perfectly-maintained fenced garden, in whose hideouts you’ll find a stone barbeque, an outdoor dining area, and a fenced private pool; the poolside sun loungers are the perfect spot to sunbathe as much as you want. The villa is also provided with a front-yard private parking lot.

The access to the house is made possible by a paved lane.
