Outside, there are two terraces and a porch. These areas are designed for relaxing outdoors. Here you’ll find the swimming pool, which is large with dimensions of 15x10 meters and up to a maximum depth of two meters. Around the pool are several loungers for sunbathing and taking a well-deserved rest.
The property offers privacy as it is fenced and does not have nearby neighbors. There is also a playground and a ping pong table as leisure amenities for all ages.
