This spacious holiday home is a completely-renovated old mill far from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded areas on the coast. The accommodation is part of a three-hectare plot at 615 metres above sea level, in the Sierra Alhamilla. Here, you will only hear the birds chirping and the water river that springs from the nearby village of Huebro, which is located 15 minutes on foot from the house. Nature will be your only companion during your holidays here.
As if it weren't enough, the house is set 25 km from the coast of Almeria and its dreamlike beaches, and some 30 km from the Natural Park of Cabo de Gata. Therefore, it is the perfect place for rejoicing in natural getaways and some well-deserved holidays with your beloved ones.
The indoor 140 square metres are incredibly luminous and decorated with light colours and wooden furniture. The dining-living room is equipped with two sofas and a 6-place dining table, around which you and your family can rejoice in delicious meals. The living space is completed by a fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking the terrace.
A door leads to a staircase, thanks to which you can access the house's three bedrooms, located in the rear part of the accommodation. Out of the three of them, one is equipped with one double bed, and two feature two twin beds each — two bathrooms with a bathtub complete the layout of the rental.
The house is fully insulated against heat and cold. The living room is provided with a Swedish stove and a gas oven, whereas the bathrooms and bedrooms are provided with calefactors.
Outside, there are two fabulous patios. In the front yard, you will find a spectacular porch with an area for "al fresco" dining and a brick bench. The spacious surrounding area that leads to the private pool is spacious and rustically decorated, thus allowing you to rejoice in contact with nature and relax as you prefer. The whole outdoor area is ideal for relaxing and, even after sunsets, fall in love with the spectacular starry sky in full quietness, as the house is entirely surrounded by nature.
The holiday home is provided with a private parking lot. The access to the house is possible via a 5-km lane winding through the countryside. The last 100 metres are unpaved.
